  • The importance of a finishing touch

    One of the strengths of our company is the care of aluminum surfaces and other metal parts of our products. The long experience in the continuous modernization of the plants and the fine-tuning of processes has allowed us to offer a finished article that meets the highest expectations. The process is carried out with an advanced powder coating system. It consists, in deposition on the surface of aluminum or other metal parts, of pigments and binders (in the form of powders) which, thanks to appropriate drying and cooking phases, will bind to the surface itself.

    Thus, a homogeneous and uniform layer on the surface of the metal can be obtained, with excellent protection against corrosion by atmospheric and chemical agents and an infinite range of aesthetic and chromatic effects. The powder coating of metal parts is suitable for our industry as the finished product will have to be exposed to the outside and will have to maintain high quality and aesthetics. However, in order to obtain a good result, the process will follow the degreasing, deoxidation and passivation steps before painting. Each stage is important for obtaining aesthetically adequate and technically reliable coating over time.

  • The powder coating of our products takes place through an electrostatic process in which the pigment particles are electrostatically charged before to be applied to the metal parts. This system will uniformly cover all surfaces of objects, even in the corners and in the narrowest spaces. Once the powder coating of the metal parts has finished, all the products will be moved in the polymerization ovens where they will be for a predetermined time at a temperature below 200° C, which will stabilize the paint molecules. In addition, the temperature will be monitored throughout the process to ensure a final result suitable for our production standards.
